  9. Here's my second problem:

  11. I have a view in fixed-size window (i.e. without a grow box) having only a
  12. vertical scroll bar.  Clicking on the down arrow of this scroll bar (i.e. where
  13. the grow box would be) has no effect, except in a one pixel wide line right at
  14. the top (possibly the black line dividing it from the “page down” region).
  15. What have I done wrong?
